Shipping

Artiva Studios specializes in digital design products and services. As such, no physical items are shipped.

Once your payment is confirmed, digital files (such as templates, logos, brand kits, etc.) will be delivered via email or download link within the delivery window stated in the product/service description.

For custom projects, delivery timelines vary and will be communicated clearly during the booking process.

Refund

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final and non-refundable.

However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you experience any issues with a file or design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at artiva.studios18@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to assist with troubleshooting or reasonable revisions (where applicable).

Refunds will only be considered in cases where:

  • A duplicate purchase is made in error (must contact us within 24 hours)

  • Files are proven to be inaccessible or corrupt and cannot be replaced

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing from Artiva Studios, you agree to the following: You may not resell, redistribute, or claim any Artiva Studios designs or templates as your own. All designs are for personal or business use only unless a commercial license has been granted. You are responsible for reviewing all listing details, package inclusions, and file formats before purchasing. Artiva Studios reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a project if communication becomes unprofessional or abusive.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. When you make a purchase or sign up for our newsletter, we collect personal information (like your name and email) solely for communication, delivery, and updates. We will never sell, trade, or share your information with third parties without your consent.

We use trusted platforms to manage payments, emails, and file delivery (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Google Drive, etc.). These platforms have their own privacy and security policies in place.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in our emails.

Distribution & Licenses

All products and designs created by Artiva Studios are protected by copyright.

You MAY:

  • Use purchased templates or designs for your own brand or business (personal/commercial use if specified)

You MAY NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or give away any files in whole or in part

  • Use templates to create products for resale (unless extended or commercial license has been granted)
